Basalt Columns are picked from quarries and many get processed into our wallstones and stepping stones. The ones that stand out from the rest get a sawn bottom and are transformed into monolithic pieces of art. Basalt Columns are mostly grey with some brown and taupe variations. Many have natural moss growth and lichens present. Sawn bottom columns make for easy placement and will reduce labor costs. Detail Sheet
